Resumo

O artigo procura clarificar a noção de reputação organizacional, explorando os debates contemporâneos existentes em torno da questão e situando as suas dimensões caracterizadoras e as suas implicações práticas. O autor procura ainda analisar a relação entre o conceito de reputação e o de Relações Públicas, discernindo dependências e propondo uma hierarquia conceptual entre ambos.
