Abstract

The article seeks to clarify the concept of organizational reputation exploring contemporary debates existing around it, its characterizing dimensions and its practical implications. The author seeks to analyze the relationship between the concept of reputation and the public relations one while discerning dependencies among them. The article concludes proposing a conceptual hierarchy between both concepts.
