Abstract

The book De los Zeta a los Silver characterizes two different generations that, nowadays, cross paths in the organizational environment. The authors address in detail the characteristics of each of the generations, providing a holistic view of the different challenges that both bring to today's organizations. The analysis that the book presents allows different professionals to understand how the employees of these two generations behave, and what they expect from their own organizations. In summary, this book presents itself as an interesting piece in the strategic puzzle that any organization must develop – namely to the different communication professionals (whether in a more strategic sense or in a more operational sense).
